Students braved the wet weather and high winds at Southampton University’s Wide Lane Sports ground to take part in the annual cross campus football and netball house fixture with Hindhead and, for the first time, Stoke Poges.

Students were introduced to their house team mates from other campuses and given time to prepare and sort out their formations and strategy for their matches. The games were close with some last minute goals leading to overall victory for some houses. Great performances were on show from all campuses but especially from Wilton, which led to Riley Humphreys, Tigerlilly Farrant, Zara Rubie and Brittany Wakeford receiving player of the tournament accolades for their respective age groups and the following results:

7-10s Boys Football:

7-10s Girls Netball:

2nd Red Troopers

3rd Yellow Raiders

10-13s Boys Football:

1st Yellow Raiders

2nd Green Warriors

3rd Red Troopers

10 -13s Girls Netball:

1st Green Warriors

2nd Red Troopers

3rd Yellow Raiders
