On Monday 21 January, Tegan carried out her assessment for her cookery course – planning, preparing and making afternoon tea. She decided to invite the office staff and served them with a variety of cakes, which she had made herself, together with a welcome cup of tea or coffee.
The whole event was a great success. The staff enjoyed a relaxing 15 minutes and Tegan thoroughly enjoyed serving them and joining with them in conversation.
