On Wednesday 6 July 2016, the Year 5 pupils organised their own summer fete to raise money for Julia’s House charity as part of the challenge set by the Charity Committee earlier this year.  The children planned and organised the event entirely themselves, from deciding which activities to offer to organising prizes to setting up and manning the stalls on the day. The whole school came down to support the event and it was a real success, raising £472.53 for Julia’s house!  We would like to say a huge thank you to all the Year 5 parents for their support in helping the children organise the event and to the Year 12 girls who also got involved with their own stalls.  Well done Year 5!
